Returns & Exchanges We accept returns on unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at contact@pulchrahomes.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items For safety and quality reasons, candles that have been lit or used cannot be returned. Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
